HAPPY SCRAPPERS DO IT AGAIN

The Happy Scrappers met Wednesday at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  As usual, we had a fun time.  Above Lee Anne got us all giggling as she went through some project boxes and muttered, "I didn't know I had this."  or "Oh, I forgot all about this."
We watched in awe and giggled with her as she pulled out various items.  Items we all wish we had!
Lee Anne did have some finished projects to show us.  She made a couple pillowcases for her granddaughter Eva.
 This is a close up.
 And this is another one.
What makes them unique is that these fabrics glow in the dark!  How much fun is that!
Vickie S. also joined us that day and showed us some WIPs.  Check out this spooky house above.
She is working on this table runner also.
This is a close up because I knew you'd want to see that spider!
Vickie has several of these blocks and is not sure if they will be made into a table runner or maybe individual place mats.  This is made with a new ruler which will be demonstrated during the Country Fair Road Tour this week at the shop. Go here for details.
Another work in progress is this yo-yo Christmas wall hanging.
Marti sewed binding on her quilt.
Above Marti shows us her gorgeous quilt.
A young man stopped in at the shop and I asked if I could take a picture of his project.  Above Mark Cook shows us his first quilt.
We were in awe that this is his first quilt.  He did everything, even the quilting.  Thanks Mark for sharing your beautiful quilt with us!

When we collect so much, we forget we have it. I can definitely relate to Lee Anne’s glee of rediscovery. Love those great glowing Halloween pillow cases Lee Anne’s granddaughter gets to sleep on! OH!...Vickie’s wonky spooky house is a Halloween delight! So is her table runner in progress. Also LOVE Marti’s quilt that she was binding. Love those colors. And Mark’s quilt...WOW!...first quilt?!!! He’s a natural.
