FUN HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS

We are finally frost free and I've been working in my garden most of the week.  That is the reason I haven't posted lately.  Above is my block for Pat Sloan's My Secret Garden.  I struggled with all those pinwheels, but finally got them finished.  It's almost time for the June block.  Can you believe that?

Fun happenings are still going on this week and weekend at the Attic Window Quilt Shop despite the Holiday.

DON'T FORGET:
  • The Bees In The Attic Bee Hive meets Wednesday, May 25, at 10 a.m. at the shop.  Come ready for the first Queen Bee to tell you about her block.
  • Also, Come Sew With Me is Wednesday, May 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the shop.  All are welcome.
  • The Scrappers Helping Hands will meet Saturday, May 28.  Rosa said that she has plenty of pillowcase kits for your to work on.
Be sure and check the calendar on the Sidebar for more happenings at the Attic Window Quilt Shop this week.

Caroll, this is a great block! I love the only slight contrast to your pinwheel fabrics because it gives it a secondary look of a kaleidoscope effect. I like your color choices too.

Love your block!! The slight contrast makes you look at the block to see what is going on with it. Love that aspect of it! Thank you for sharing! Also, thank you for the great link! Love it!

Have a super great sewing and stitching day!
