NEW APPLIQUE AND NEW FABRICS

I have some more new fabrics to show you but first I want to show you this cute table topper that my friend Misti made.  Several years ago I showed her how I do appliqué.  Since then she has gone to town making beautiful items like this.  If I remember correctly, this is her own design too.  I’m so proud of her.
Above are some new batik fabrics in at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  These are from Hoffman Fabrics.
These batiks are also from Hoffman Fabrics.  Looks like perfect fabrics for those holiday items.
This fabric isn’t new, but I love it and had to show it to you.  It is called Fun and is from Timeless Treasures.  Isn’t it cute!

DON’T FORGET:
  • T-Shirt Dress, Friday, Nov. 7
  • Beginning Tatting, Wednesday, Nov 5, 6-8; or Monday, Nov 10, 10-12.
  • Shop Swap – Attic Window Quilt Shop and Quilted Memories – New Date: Sunday, Nov. 9 and Nov. 23, from 12-4 p.m.
  • Beginning Quilting, Tuesday, Nov. 11, 6 p.m.
  • The Jingle Bell Hop is Nov 14 through 22.  Mark your calendar now.  With the purchase of your $5 passport you will receive a free pattern.  Each participating shop has designed an exclusive ornament that you may purchase as well as a table topper kit designed to compliment the free pattern.  Participating shops will have extended evening shopping hours for your convenience.
  • New Classes coming in November. Check the calendar on the Sidebar.  You can see a full month at a glance by clicking on the picture of a calendar.  Or you can scroll down the interactive calendar day by day.  If you have any questions about a class you can call the shop for further details and/or to register.
NOTE I've had some readers tell me that they look at the blog via their phone or their tablet and cannot see the sidebar.  I'm not sure, but I think that happens if you are getting the blog sent to your email.  However you are getting the blog, try clicking on the headline.  That should take you to the full blog where you can see all the fun things on the sidebar.  Hope this helps.

ANOTHER NOTE
  • Can you tell I’m thinking Christmas.  Sew Sisters has a wonderful tutorial for a Modern Labyrinth.
Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!
