NEED A NEW BAG FOR SUMMER TRAVEL?

This is the Bohemian Carpet Bag that Marilyn made as a sample for the class she is teaching at the Attic Window Quilt Shop.  This spacious bag has a roomy interior and is perfect for that weekend trip.  It has an interior key fob and exterior zippered phone pocket, which makes it great for traveling.  It looks complicated, but I understand it is exceptionally easy to make.  Call the shop for class details and supply list.  Marilyn likes you to have your pieces cut before class so you will be ready to get down to business when you arrive.
Marilyn also made this Curling Iron Cozy by Sweet and Simple Sewing.  You could make this of the same fabrics, or coordinating fabrics and it would look great tucked into your new bag.

ON ANOTHER NOTE:   I like this rainbow all-sort pillow that Samilia’s Mum made.  Great tutorial.

Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!
